✸ MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW

To enter a monthly prize draw competition, participants must be registered students of the "Composition with Purpose" course. Entries are submitted by posting a 3-photo series in the "Class 8: Making Magic" section on the Community Forum. Each participant must have completed all previous projects within the course before their final project can be considered eligible for the competition. There is no time limit on completing the prior projects; however, participants will be judged based on the final project they submit during the month they enter. Participants are allowed to enter the competition only once. The month in which they post their photos determines the prize draw they are eligible for.

The competition runs on a monthly basis, with the entry period beginning at 9:00am AEST on the first day of each month and ending at 5:00pm AEST on the second last day of the month, with the winner being announced on the last day of the month. The prize for the competition will change each month and will be announced on the first day of the month. Winners will be notified on the last day of the month through private email, the community forum, and social media. To enter, participants must submit a 3-photo series as described in the "Class 8: Making Magic" module of the course. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Winners must provide their shipping address, if applicable, via email to claim their prize. By providing this, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Winners will be selected either by a judged competition or through a public vote. Judging criteria include most improved, best storytelling, best use of compositional techniques, or fan favorite. Participants may be disqualified for submitting inappropriate content, failing to complete all previous course projects, or not submitting a 3-photo series as required.

Your consent to the use of your final project photos, and first name or Instagram handle for promotional purposes, is obtained through the Pre-Course Quiz on the "Composition with Purpose" course platform. Alternatively, you may remain anonymous and a name will not be shared with your photo. If you do not consent, your photos and details will not be used and you will not be eligible for the competition.

The company is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or damaged, or for any technical issues participants may encounter. Additionally, the company disclaims any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that occur in relation to the competition. The competition will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, where the company resides. The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the community forum.

Personal photography coaching sessions: Available to the first 5 students who enroll in the self-paced course using the FRME code before August 19, 2025. Recipients will be contacted via email to arrange their 1:1 Zoom session. Bonus must be claimed within 30 days of purchase and is non-transferable.

Live 'Creative Spark' Session: Bonus session available to all students who purchase the course using the FRME code before August 19, 2025. The session will be delivered live via Zoom, with the date TBC and announced via email. A recording will be available to those who can’t attend live.
